Welcome! Join us for our first-ever in-person Artful Webinars event: An Artful Affair.

We hope this will be an opportunity for you to relax, meet people you've only seen on Zoom, and re-energize your creativity.

Here are the four (4) main surfaces being provided: straw hat, fan, wood frame w/insert, and a battery-operated candle with timer. I have lots of surprises that will be offered during the event. You'll have to join us to find out what they are.


What the schedule looks like:


Monday

        6:00 pm – 7:00 pm – Dinner Pizza Party and Salad

        7:00 pm – 10:00 pm – Sand Art (like you’ve never done before) frame AND create your own Name tag with BRUSHOS, watercolors, stamps, stencils, and more


Tuesday

9:00 – 11:00 am – Sandpiper (colored pencil) with Lydia Steeves

      11:00 am – 5:00 pm – FREE time to explore the area (a list of places will be available) OR stay back with us and have fun playing with new products (surprise)

        5:00 pm – 6:00 pm – Dinner Pub’s delight (Kobe sliders/chicken tenders/onion rings/potato skins/harvest salad)

        6:00 pm – 10:00 pm Fan Art (acrylics on a wooden fan) with Liz Miller


Wednesday

9:00 – 11:00 am – Spring Garden Hat (acrylics) with Ros Stallcup

       11:00 am – 5:00 pm – FREE time to explore the area OR have fun with new products (TBA)

         5:00 pm – 6:00 pm – Dinner Italian style (pasta with white and red sauces, meatballs, salad)

         6:00 pm – 10:00 pm – Strawberry Delight (acrylics) on a wax candle with Paulette DiGesare


Thursday

Depart - See you soon in a Zoom Room!!

Please note, your Creative Roommate will need to fill out their own registration form and submit your name under "Roommate/Non-Creative Companion" as well.

NOTE: Before you DISPUTE a credit card charge, PLEASE check your Artful Webinars (AW) purchases. We have been notified that charges are reading AW Interactive Company. This is us, but please check that the amounts agree.

  • YOUR TRIP INCLUDES:
    -3 nights’ accommodations at the Adventurer Ocean Front Inn, Wildwood, NJ
    -Airport Transportation (arranged by Cindy Harrison Art LLC)
    -Three (3) dinners
    -Creative moments with Lydia Steeves, Ros Stallcup, Paulette DiGesare, Liz Miller, Rosie Singalewitch, and Cindy Harrison.
    -All surfaces
    -Gift bag
    -A supply list is accessible upon completion of registration.

    ITEMS NOT INCLUDED:
    -Any, and all, privately arranged transportation.
    -Breakfasts and Lunches
    -Tips for transportation and housekeeping.
    -Alcohol and soft drinks.
    -Paints, pencils, and other basic creative supplies.

  • I have included the name of my Creative Roommate (and understand they need to fill out their own registration form and include my name).

    I do not have a Creative Roommate but would like for Artful Webinars to pair me with one that may become available.*
    *If a roommate is NOT available, I agree to pay an additional fee of $157.37 for a single room.

  • I am traveling alone and do not intend to share my hotel room with anyone. I understand there is an additional cost of $157.37.

  • I have included the name of my Non-Creative Companion and understand the $225 fee includes:
    -3 nights’ accommodations at the Adventurer Ocean Front Inn, Wildwood, NJ
    -Airport Transportation (arranged by Cindy Harrison Art LLC)
    -Three (3) dinners
    - Bottles of Water/Iced tea

    ITEMS NOT INCLUDED:

  • I will be driving to the event and using a parking spot.

    I understand that the hotel only allots one parking space per hotel room and will plan accordingly with my roommate.

  • I will ride in with someone and DO NOT need a parking spot.

  • I will be flying into Atlantic City and need transportation to the event.

By agreeing to this, you understand that your registration is in review, and it is the discretion of Artful Webinars to accept the full registration of each student. If your registration is not accepted, you will receive a full refund. This is part of our vetting process, to ensure the safety of AW students.

If a Creative Roommate is not available, I agree to pay the additional fee of $157.37 for a single hotel room for the duration of the event.

I understand that the hotel only allots one parking space per hotel room and will plan accordingly with my roommate.

Important: In submitting and signing this form, I agree to release from responsibility and hold harmless Cindy Harrison/Cindy Harrison Art LLC, or Rosie Singalewitch or their individual and collective heirs from any losses, delays, damage, or injury I may incur or sustain as a result of accident or negligence of any cause, and I accept full responsibility for all the risks inherent in travel. I understand that if I cancel, for any reason, I will forfeit all payments made.
